Our mission at Pretty In The City to provide our clients with the highest degree of customer service in a professional and unique setting. Over the past four years, we have proudly earned and maintained a reputation of creating the most beautiful sets of Eyelash Extensions which are also highly functional in terms of comfort and durability.  We are committed to performing our crafts exceptionally well and continually strive to improve ourselves. We continually search the industry market place for the newest technology in order to provide our clients with the utmost in the beauty care experience.

Our Master stylist,  Veronica Tran has been creating beautiful sets of lash extensions since 2005.  Having trained in New York and Toronto, she has been featured in many editorials both locally and nationally and has made a couple of TV appearances, most recently with Sarah Taylor on Much On Demand in December of 2008. 

Julie Phan comes from a background of hair and esthetics.  Trained personally by Veronica Tran, she apprenticed for an additional six months before officially joining Pretty In The City in late 2007.  Her sweet demeanor and careful attention to detail makes her a favourite in our studio.
