HOW TO BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
Booking online
is the preferred and quickest way to make an
appointment. By booking an appointment with us,
you agree to the following terms:
You will need
a valid credit card to secure your reservation.
Please note we accept VISA and MASTERCARD, but not
AMERICAN EXPRESS (although the online system will
capture your AMERICAN EXPRESS, your appointment will not
be booked). Your credit card information is
captured through a third party secure server.
Your credit
card will not be charged at this time. It is only
to secure your appointment.
We
respectfully ask that you give us at least 24 hours
notice if you must cancel an appointment or reschedule.
Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the full
fee of the appointment.
You will
receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to the scheduled
appointment time. Should you need to cancel,
simply call (and leave a message if there is no
answer), or send us an email to notify us of the
cancellation. Both voicemail and email are time
stamped.
If you wish to
reschedule, first cancel the original appointment, and
then go online to book the appointment for another time.
HOW TO BOOK:
Simply click
on the 'BOOK NOW' button and choose the service
you wish.

To put your
name on a WAITLIST for a date that doesn't currently
have an availability, send us an email with the
information in the subject bar. For example:
'WAITLIST for May 5 & 7, anytime after 5:30pm'.
Please put your contact information in the body of the
email.
You can also
call and leave a message to book an appointment, however
it may take as long as 36 hours before we are able to respond
to your message. Please advise the best time to
call you back in your voice message. A credit card
is still required when booking appointments over the
telephone. |
