Due to the lengthy nature of each service, we work 'By Appointment Only' and cannot accommodate any drop ins.

The best way to book an appointment is online through this website.  You may send us an email or leave a telephone message, however, because we are usually servicing clients, you will get a faster response by instantly booking yourself  through the online scheduling system which is on real time.  A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, although it will not be charged at this time.  Please do not drop in to book your appointment.

We respectfully ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the appointment for any late cancellations and no-shows.  To cancel an appointment is easy, simply leave a voice message or send an email; both are time stamped.

When you book your appointment you will receive information on how to get to our studio including the buzzer code.  Please take these directions with you as there is no signage once you are in the building to guide you to where we are.

Parking:

There are limited visitors parking spots within the condominium complex.  Our studio is located in a red brick condominium complex next to a car wash.  Turn into the building and you will see four spots to your left.  If they are not free, back up and make a right turn through the drive way.  This takes you to the back of the building where there are a few more spots.  Should you park in a visitor's designation, you will need to get a permit from the front security desk and put it on your dash.  Depending on what time of day it is, there is parking right along King St. which is sometimes easier.  You can also park along the smaller streets surrounding the building.
