A note to our clients about Covid-19

Our commitment to ensuring the health and safety of our clients, team, and community is our top priority. We have implemented the following protocols to maintain a safe, sanitized, and pleasant environment for both our clients and our staff. 

All high contact surfaces, treatment areas and equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each client with a medical grade disinfectant. 

 

We are limiting the number of guests and services to only one client per treatment room. 

 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be worn by all team members.  We will also do our own temperature check at the commencement of each work day. 

 

IN PREPARATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU:

Arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment.  Our space is small and a waiting area is not available. 

 

Masks are worn by our staff.  Although mask wearing  it is not mandatory for Lash Extensions and Esthetic services, we highly encourage it.  Wearing a mask is mandatory for all permanent makeup services.  You will be provided with one if you don't have one.

If you have a cough, runny nose,  high temperature, or generally not feeling well, we kindly ask that you reschedule.  

 

Upon arrival, we ask that you please disinfect your hands with sanitizer, and put on a mask that we provide. 

​

Please bring your own sweater (if you are easily chilled),  water bottle, etc.  We are unable to provide this during your time with us. However, we ask that you keep your personal belongings to the bare minimum.

 

Please arrive alone. We will not allow anyone else to enter the premises other than the appointment holder.
